Aight, well school's out. yay. sorta... my boyfriend had to move back to his parents house so im blown. but but but.. i got to see him yesterday and it was soo fun. hes sucha funny kinda silly guy. AND we saw Lebron make that oh so magical game winning shot. we kinda screamed from excitement. lol. and we thought the Cavs let another game slip through their fingers. guess not.

Thennnn we came back here and chilled and it felt like it did before. nice and comfy. i love wen hes here. thats my sweete pete. whilst we were chilln, we were listening to my new new fave.. i bought a memory foam pad thing for my bed. it smells awful. its fluffing up at the moment. i just wanna lay on it already. argh!! im impatient. and i have to go to a couple museums today. I DONT WANNA! i feel like a little kid whining but i hate going on field trips now. maybe if i didnt have to go solo it would be cooler but.. i have to strike out on my own. and i have to take a picture next to a picture or sumthn of the like. i cant really remember.

in other news, my neck hurts. and i have lady gagas cd. its cool and old school poppy/glam. i should prob put it on my ipod so i have sum new ish to listen to on the metro ride and wandering thru DC.

its funny feeling like you live with someone. Trevor is here like all the time. I love it. Weird cuz imma loner, really. i enjoy privacy to the utmost. but i like sharing with him. i wonder how long this happy feeling about this is going to last. long i hope.

Obama in tha houseee

So its Jan. 20, no school. Its Inauguration Day! Alotta my fam are down there in DC awaiting Prez-Elect Obama to get sworn in. I had an invite... It is 11:32 and currently 27degrees. They've been out there for like.. 3-4hours at least. That was my deciding factor. BRRR. Its gonna be a memorable experience for them though. I dont have patience for huge crowds and not being able to leave when I wanna. blow. Im just gonna have a nice view from my 75+degree bedroom. I love laying in bed & still experiencing history. cant beat it.

Also, the new soundtrack to my life is Radio 1's Live Lounge, Vol. 2. I really love covers and man.. they have sum nice ones. :)

Sometimes iPods hide Musical Gemz

I have a lot of songs on my ipod. Atleast more than alot of people I know, so most of the time albums I download get lost in the mix and totally evade ever hitting my eardrums. Such is the case with Myths of the Near Future. For all those familiar with this awesome album, yes.. I KNOW, it is nowhere near new. I first heard the song "Gravity's Rainbow" on my ex's Tony Hawk game like, oh let's say a year ago. I quickly dL'd the cd and promptly let it fall in line with all the other music in my collection that goes unheard. BUT the other day I was bored and found Klaxons on my itunes artist list. With nothing else to do, I let the record spin. Best thing I've done this week. It is so weird and melodic and great. I unno, I just like it. "Golden Skans" is like otherworldly music to my virgin ears. From obscurity to "Mii ish" list, Klaxons totally got upgraded, and I found a new favorite until I stumble across another rare gem that I should have listened to a long time ago.
